Safe hip new hotel, worth its 4 stars. Exceptionally nice and incredible location, within walking distance of everywhere. Plenty of food options just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

It is close to the airport and border.
None restaurants close to the hotel. Shuttle service end 9 pm.. And I had to take the flight late nigth.

It is in a good area, close to an excellent restaurant, and a shopping center. Only ten minutes from the airport. The people are very friendly. It was a great experience.

It was convenient for my last trip to San Diego - Tijuana
Towels were not enough, and looked dirty. I could not used the phone in the room after several calls to lobby. I had to make a $10.00 cash deposit to make a phone call, and even with that it was not possible to make the call. They take my dollar so cheap in the convertiion rate.

Bathroom ventilation was awkward, causing unpleasant smells!!! The lack of in-room fridges is puzzling for a hotel at this price. Plus, the vending machine toiletries are a hassle compared to what other hotels offer!!!

This hotel offers great breakfast variety, impressing even the pickiest eaters in my family. Cleanliness, however, was lacking. Rooms felt dated and poorly maintained. Staff interactions could also be hit or miss, affecting our overall experience. A perfect option for a budget stay, but don't expect luxury.
